We are Groove Manuva, a modern pop, rock, funk, and indie wedding & party band for hire comprising of some of the best musicians in the north of England.
We play at all sorts of amazing events - corporate events, weddings, and parties year-round. Our events are normally in locations such as Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, York, Liverpool, and Harrogate.

Groove Manuva is available for weddings and events in any configuration from a duo up to an 7-piece band. We have two main options:
This is our Core Band option. Drums, bass, guitar, and vocals form the main 4-piece unit capable of reproducing all the songs you need for your event. The band steps things up with samplers and effects to accurately reproduce almost any song. The 4-piece band can be expanded to 5 with the addition of our amazing saxophonist. Expect a wider repertoire and fuller sound with an added sprinkle of funk.
More about the core bandThis is our duo option based around our DJ/guitarist/percussionist and female vocalist. Don't be fooled by the lineup, this is a BIG option and can cover all the bases from soulful acoustic tunes to high-energy dance floor anthems. We can add sax to the lineup to make the ultimate trio!

Our professional DJ service will bring the party to your event. Along with a custom playlist for your event, which can be discussed ahead of time, guests can make requests from our extensive collection of music. The DJ service is available to book on its own, as part of a band booking, and with either the percussion or sax add-on.
